About Us

New Heights Physical Therapy is a holistic PT and wellness practice specializing in chronic pain, nervous system regulation, and foundational movement retraining. Our approach

integrates physical therapy, dry needling, brainspotting, and health coaching to empower clients in their health journey. We’re excited to add therapeutic massage to our offerings to further support our clients’ needs.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Flexible hours; 1-3 days per week (exact hours to be discussed).

  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide customized massage therapy services tailored to client needs and treatment goals.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

  • Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure continuity of care and holistic

    treatment plans.

  • Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques to

    enhance results.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive

    work environment.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment.

  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold professional conduct. Adhere to all professional ethics and licensing requirements.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuing education.

  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Wisconsin.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience (new graduates with strong skills and passion are

    welcome to apply).

  • Training in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue,

    myofascial release, or similar approaches.

  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and structure.

  • Knowledge of chronic pain or trauma-informed care is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centered mindset.

  • Commitment to client care, continuing education and professional growth.
