HOLISTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY, WELLNESS COACHING & CONSULTING

DR. HANNAH SCHERBARTH, PT, DPT, CCVT - founder

“My mission is to connect with the people in my community and empower each person to be informed advocates for their health. So often we wrongly accept pain, discomfort, or poor movement through life as ‘normal’ because we think we are “just getting old”, or we don’t want to complain and be a burden to anyone else, or we’ve tried and failed to find help that is the right fit for us so then we decide we can’t be helped at all.

Here’s the truth: not every provider is the perfect fit for every client, and not all providers are created equal. I believe in listening deeply so I can help you connect the dots. This allows me to guide each person who walks through my door towards the best resources that they may need at that time.

Our stories and journeys are not all the same, but we all deserve to be well and understand our bodies, minds, and that we have more power than we think over how we experience life. My goal is to help you find and feel that power so you can finally envision and reach new heights in your personal wellness!”

HOLISTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY, WOMEN’S HEALTH PT & COACHING

DR. MEGAN WILEY, PT, DPT, WHC, RWP-1, CPT

“My goal is to help empower my clients to tap into their innate ability to heal so they can gain the energy, strength, and confidence to do whatever in life they do that brings them joy.

Whether through integrative health coaching, women’s health physical therapy, or a combination of both, we will look at health from a wide holistic lens and help connect the dots with nagging and frustrating symptoms you’ve been struggling with to get you back to living the life you want to live.

I believe strongly in whole health wellness and the importance of balancing the mind, body, and spirit as well as building a community of support and connection. I help my clients to create and sustain this balance and connection. Life is meant to be enjoyed - don’t let the way you’re feeling hold you back.”

WELLNESS COACHING & CONSULTING

Breinne Zuhlke

“I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the New Heights Physical Therapy team. My personal experiences have proven the impact of a holistic approach to wellness and having someone to lean on in the process, which is why I decided to become a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. The New Heights approach that healing involves both the mind and body is a mission I firmly stand on. My goal is to be there for you so you don’t have to navigate your pain and challenges alone. I look forward to meeting each of you and learning your sacred stories.”

More about Breinne:

Breinne received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds years of experience in strategic marketing and communications.  Breinne has been closely involved with New Heights for the past few months while completing her Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and her Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Outside of these accolades, Breinne has an incredible passion for mind-body therapies and spends her free time digging deeper into mental and physical health healing techniques. Her coaching skills come from her innate nature to help others and the difficult hardships she has experienced in her own life. Her ultimate goal is to give others a space to open, be heard and work toward healing, without doing it alone.

Outside of working, you can find Breinne running with her bird dog, instructing group fitness classes, taking a hot yoga, dance or HIIT class, and exploring the outdoors via hiking, fly fishing or camping with her husband. She also loves watching sports, discovering local coffee shops and cozying up with an inspiring book.
