Happy birthday, NHPT!

Here’s the long story short: I, Dr. Hannah, had been working independently with a concierge cash practice in St. Louis, MO from 2018-2019. When I moved back to Wisconsin in the fall of 2019, I planned to open my own practice. As luck would have it (cue eyeroll), COVID put a damper on this and I had to pivot.

Fast forward to three years ago: I was working as a physical therapist and rehab program manager in a senior living community and treating a few clients independently on the side. A series of changes in the company I worked for finally pushed me to dive full-time into my own practice in August 2021. It was a long time coming!

Here’s what I’ve learned: Building a business is hard work. Building a business centered around client care and each person’s overall well-being can be even harder. I have learned so much from venturing on this journey as both a physical therapist and a business owner, and it is all thanks to all of you, my amazing clients who have trusted me, stuck with me, and helped mold what New Heights is today. It has definitely been well worth it!

I cannot thank Megan, Breinne, and all of our clients enough for the trust, support, and fun you have brought into my personal and professional life. I feel blessed to be able to say that both parts of my life blend seamlessly together because I truly love what I do. I am honored to keep growing this wellness practice for you and our community so we can all benefit from heathfully living and loving life!

From the bottom of my heart - thank you for your support through New Heights’ growth journey!

-Dr. Hannah
